- Integrated oil cooler eliminates a separate heat exchanger and reduces hose count, a common fleet preference for lower service points.
- Aluminum core with plastic tanks balances weight savings and corrosion resistance while maintaining OEM heat-transfer performance targets.
- Frame variants (suffix PT / PTWF) ship with welded side channels for quick swap-out where the original steel frame is damaged.
Heavy-duty replacement radiator engineered for Mack CXU Vision and Volvo VN tractors built from 2008 onward. The 800052 family uses 40-in high aluminum cores and 2.5-in connections to mate directly to factory charge-air and surge-tank plumbing, maintaining OEM cooling capacity for engines up to 500 HP.
