  • Direct fit for 2018-up Cascadia: revised bottle shape clears the relocated SAM chassis module introduced with the new cab electrical architecture.
  • One-piece translucent HDPE lets technicians check coolant level without removing the cap and resists cracking from vibration or DEF-vapour attack.
  • Rod-type level sensor (replacing the old float design) clips under the cap, eliminating the common float-swell failures seen on pre-2018 tanks.
  • Three molded hose stubs match OEM cooling-circuit routing; no adapters required.
  • 15 psi cap included—prevents over-pressurization yet raises boiling point to 250 °F, protecting the DD13/DD15 cooling system during long grades.

Heavy-duty surge tank molded from UV-stable HDPE for 2018-present Freightliner Cascadia tractors. The redesign introduces a rod-type low-coolant sensor under the pressure cap and moves the bottle forward to accommodate the truck’s revised under-hood fuse/relay layout. Supplied ready to install with a 15 psi cap and accepts the factory quick-connect hoses—restoring proper coolant expansion volume and dash-warning accuracy.
